The City of Virginia Beach Clerk of Circuit Court Secure Remote Access Site

The Va. Beach Circuit Court Clerk's Office has a Secure Remote Access (SRA) site for searching land records. If you are not currently a subscriber and are a citizen of the United States who would like to be able to use this system, you will need to register on the site. You will create your own username and password (as long as it does not duplicate another user) AND, most importantly, please know that it is a violation of our user’s policy to share usernames and passwords. Please follow the instructions here that will help explain what documents need to be returned to the Clerk’s Office.

Access to this site is granted to subscribers with a valid Username and Password. If you only need to access the site for a single day, you do not need to fill out and notarize a signed agreement. The signed and notarized agreements are required for users who wish to purchase a subscription of 6 months or longer. Credit Cards are the only method of payment accepted. If you wish to purchase a new subscription, or you wish to renew a subscription that has been dormant for over 1 year, please download, complete, notarize and return the SRA Individual Application and Agreement.
